New Lead This is a person who has reached out to inquire about services. They were either referred or a cold-call but have not had a full consultation or spoken with an attorney yet. A calendar link will be sent to them via email or text message to urge them to book a formal consultation. Then, everyday for four consecutive days after the first email is dispatched, another email will be sent to the lead that warms them up to your law firm.
Unable to Contact Lead This is a lead who we’ve tried to reach out to; yet, no one returned a phone call or replied to an email. We will add this lead to a 5-Day nurture campaign geared to get the lead to book a consultation via the booking link.
Consultation Scheduled We have an initial consultation pending.
No Showed for Consultation This lead booked a consultation and failed to show up for it, either because s/he cancelled or they no-call no-showed. As soon as a lead enters this column, a text message is sent to them with a link for them to rebook and an email is sent letting them know that we are sorry that we missed them. The email also has a reschedule link. They will then be added to a 5-Day testimonial campaign that is geared to agitate interest in your service rather than another law firm’s service.
Not Ready to Move Forward This lead had hesitations about moving forward, so they need to be nurtured with a 7-Day email campaign that is geared to handle common objections.
Not a Good Fit This lead is going to be considered someone that you don’t want to work with because of their ethics, demeanor, or treatment towards staff. They will be marked as a do NOT follow up contact so that they do not receive promotional/advertisement material from your firm. They will be emailed a thank you note for their time and consideration.
Referred to Another Attorney If you don’t handle the legal matter that is the basis of the client’s concern, and you have an attorney that you always refer those matters to, we will add the attorney’s contact information to your system so that you can automate the referral communications between the lead and the receiving attorney.
Contract Sent When a client is placed in this column, it is because they have been sent a contract, but have not signed it yet. Once your client signs the contract, they will be moved to the Active Client List and removed from the Lead Tracking List.
